This policy explains what information AC Consulting LLC collects throughsiteshop.dev, why it is collected, and what happens to it. It applies to this website only.

What is collected

Information you submit. When you fill in the contact form, the following is collected: your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, the type of business, any reference links you paste, and the message you write. This is the information needed to reply to you and prepare a quote.

Information collected automatically. Standard web analytics record the pages you visit, the approximate region you visit from, the type of device and browser, and the site that referred you. This is aggregate traffic data and is not used to identify you personally.

No account is required to use this site, and no payment information is collected through it.

How it is used

• To reply to your inquiry and prepare a quote
• To follow up on a project you have asked about
• To understand which pages bring in inquiries, so the site can be improved
• To meet legal and accounting obligations

Your information is not sold, rented, or traded. It is not used to build advertising profiles, and you will not be added to a marketing list because you submitted the contact form.

Phone, text and email contact

If you check the consent box on the contact form, you agree to be contacted by phone, text message or email about the inquiry you submitted. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies and is limited to conversation about your project. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can opt out of email by replying and saying so. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Who else sees it

Contact form submissions are delivered through third-party services that process the data on behalf of the business: an email delivery provider, a messaging service used for notifications, and a spreadsheet used to keep a record of inquiries. These providers may only process the data to deliver the service.

Website analytics are provided by Google Analytics. Hosting is provided by a third-party infrastructure provider, which processes standard server logs.

Information may also be disclosed if required by law, or to protect legal rights.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Analytics cookies may be set to measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings without losing access to anything on this site.

How long it is kept

Inquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and, if a project follows, for as long as required for business and tax records. If no project follows, inquiry records are deleted within two years. You can ask for yours to be deleted sooner.

Your rights

You can ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Residents of states with applicable privacy laws, including California, have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. No personal information is sold or shared for cross-context behavioral advertising.

To make a request, send it through thecontact form and say what you would like done. Requests are answered within 30 days.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and information is not knowingly collected from them.

Changes

This policy may be updated. The effective date at the top will change when it is, and material changes will be noted on this page.
